Headshots

All headshots must always be circle cropped (exceptions include pitches and social media tiles only).
Make sure the crop is not too tight to the person. Some of the background should be visible (see examples below).
Photography must be full colour and in the new brand style.

Headshots should always be cropped so that the head maintains a central position with part of the shoulders visible. The following grid provides visual guidance on how best to crop our people imagery.

Stock photography

Our new illustrative style focuses on people and event photography taken by our approved photographers.

We are conscious that there may be instances when stock photography will be needed, and we will allow this to a very limited degree. Please contact the Brand team for approval.

Please contact the Brand team if you wish to use any stock photography. We will review its use, and if accepted we will assist in sourcing a copyrighted image.

Correct use of photography includes:

  • we prioritise our people and event photography to be used in materials
  • images purchased from the firm’s Getty account
  • stock photography front cover pages chosen and approved by the Brand team upon request.

Incorrect use of photography includes:

  • any images from Google or an unlicensed website online
  • people photography on cover pages
